Murals are fascinating. Though sometimes I have to look at it longer than usual to understand its message. https://gsilvosatrekpix.com/murals-at-fener-and-balat/

Thank you for your comment and public art share. I agree murals are fascinating. Some murals are simply colourful paintings that the artists felt like creating at the time. Some murals carry a more serious message.

I love public art murals. Parksville is just beginning to get some. We even have one now on Steadman’s long grey walls. The murals that you shared here all look great!

I appreciate and enjoy public art if it is well done, appropriate and, at times, witty! Thank you for showing us some of yours . . . like the first two here, but that is ‘me’ 🙂 !

Thank you, Min. The artist of the first mural (Julie Amlin) has a beautiful portfolio on her website. She paints with movements.

Natalie,
You’re fortunate to have such lovely public art. I don’t think we can paint utility boxes where I live–I need to check that out. Thanks for sharing! Joe

Joe, Toronto has a program for artists to paint utility boxes. I’m sure if your local government allows it, there will be more colours and art around town.
